We always try to give you enough notice ahead of a downtime so you can get your Aeternum affairs in order; sometimes we need to take immediate action on a world, in which case notices show up at the same time as a downtime or shortly thereafter.

The team will continue to work on and improve our communication timing to give you as much notice as we can for the circumstance.
