[2021] Permanent ban appeal process

I appreciate the feedback on our ban appeal process, I am providing this feedback to the heads of the support and moderation teams, but we cannot do anything on the forums to help investigate or solve moderation issues unfortunately.
Please continue to use the appeal process and I’ll keep providing the feedback that folks want to see improvements.
