[2022] Fresh Start Rollout plan is bad **Edit: ACTUALLY GOOD**

There will be two public servers in South America. One opens at 2022-11-02T16:00:00Z, in wave 1 while the other opens at 2022-11-02T19:00:00Z in wave 4.

The team will keep their eyes on it but at this time, we don’t plan to add any additional ones that what’s already on the rollout plan.
