[2021] Downtime is during active European (and US) hours yet again

We understand the timing of this patch is not ideal but there is urgency for us to get these fixes in place. We do understand this is during prime gaming hours for multiple regions, but again there is urgency to get these changes deployed. Thank you for your patience.
