[2021] How New World Is Doing An Amazing Job!

Hey there! We definitely hear you on this and of course, this isn’t the first time we’ve heard this feedback. Trevzor, Mugsy, and I have been trying to communicate more frequently and publicly over the last few days but we know that replying to threads in the forum might not get the visibility we want to have. We’re currently working on providing other forums of communications like a bug tracker to track critical issues but that’s still in the works. We’re also working on providing dev blogs and articles in the future.

In the meantime, we do have a Dev Tracker you can utilize. It posts only comments from the Community Managers and the Developers so you might be able to find what you’re looking for in there depending on topic. And of course, we do have the Official News section for any notices, downtime, and updates we may have.

I hope that helps, again, I know that commenting on threads may not increase visibility but until we can implement the other forms of communications, we’re working on just trying to respond more and be more active in general.
