Hey @bird_turglar I wish you’re doing well.

I’m really sorry for this situation with the ban you received I do apologize for the overall experience with the ban appeal process. This is definitely not the time we want our players to have.

As you already know If you feel this ban was not merited the only way to appeal or obtain any kind of detail/information would be through the website. As well remember to adhere to our Code of Conduct, Once again I do want to apologize because, same as you I don’t think it’s fair if players are receiving unmerited penalties.

Unfortunately no one besides our Mods can access to the information and uplift or upheld the penalties as our good friend @JakeL mentioned. Lets remember and I advise to send as much information you’ve available so our team can review the proof and take the best decision on the case being reviewed and not just a plain question asking for reasons, here are the steps on how to check your log files:

  1. Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
  2. Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
  3. Send the file along with your message.

Hope it’s helpful, have a wonderful day!

In this case it could have been the G-hub app, but I got no way of saying what happened for sure since we don’t have access to any of the moderation information. You can include in the appeal the 2 comments regarding Ghub and as well the video from the time of the of the error you received and when you were playing OPR so our team can take that into account when they review the case.

Sorry to hear about your partner’s situation, but this explicit log message is benign and has no weight on your said ban. This is a client error that we have investigated regarding a different, unrelated topic.

That said, as Legumi kindly pointed out above, you’ll have to go through the appeal process (again). No one here has access to your account details, but uploading a video of 1 play session cannot qualify as conclusive proof of no cheating. Again, as I don’t know your specifics here, cheating (any use of unauthorized 3rd party applications to “hack”, bot, etc.) could happen at any point whether or not in War. Account sharing also goes awry too, as trusted friends could abuse trust unbeknownst, as well.

If your cause is just, good luck in your continued discussions for the best outcome!
