In this case it could have been the G-hub app, but I got no way of saying what happened for sure since we don’t have access to any of the moderation information. You can include in the appeal the 2 comments regarding Ghub and as well the video from the time of the of the error you received and when you were playing OPR so our team can take that into account when they review the case.

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing this as well, for the time I’ve done some research to find further troubleshooting that could work in this case, I see most of the players are having this same exact situation. I’m sincerely sorry you’ve been experiencing this situation with the Steam deck unable to establish connection.

So far I’ve seen some other cases but most were resolved after installing the EAC Proton Runtime, in your case as for now you could probably try uninstalling the game and deleting all the related info and then trying once again with the EAC executable available for the steam deck.
