[2021] Feedback on Downtimes

We completely understand the frustration and we understand impact the timing and challenges with releases are having on folks but I do want to be 100% clear that we aren’t going to allow folks to insult the team. That isn’t why we offer these forums. We do want constructive feedback, we do want to improve the experience you are having but this is a space where we will treat one another with respect if you want to continue participating here.
