Vamos a realizar un mantenimiento el 5 de abril a las 2 PM CEST / 5 AM PDT durante 60 minutos para trabajar en una incidencia que ha causado que algunos jugadores hayan perdido objetos equipados. Esta situación ha afectado a aquellos jugadores que desconectaron mientras que sus personajes estaban muertos antes de la actualización a la Temporada 1.

Dada la delicada naturaleza del trabajo necesario para restaurar esos objetos perdidos sin causar perdidas de progreso esta incidencia será resuelta en dos partes. El mantenimiento del 5 de abril evitará que más jugadores se vean afectados por esta situación. Greeting Adventurers,

We are holding downtime at April 5th, 2023 at 5:00am PDT for 60 minutes to address an issue that resulted in some players losing equipped items. As previously relayed, this situation impacted players who had logged out while their character was dead prior to the Season 1 update.

Due to the delicate nature of restoring these lost items without loss of progress, this issue will be resolved in two parts. The downtime on April 5th will prevent further occurrences of players getting into this state. We’re also working diligently on a subsequent patch to grant the items those players lost, when the initial Season 1 - Fellowship and Fire Update was released.

To say THANK YOU for your patience and understanding, we’ll be providing impacted players with 50,000 Marks of Fortune asynchronously from the patch. We will post a follow-ups here once the downtime is completed and another when the Marks of Fortune are delivered.

The fix is taking us a bit longer to put together and test than we would have liked, unfortunately. This is still our highest priority, and we’re still aiming to put out a hotfix as soon as possible to stop the bug from happening and to get your items returned.

As mentioned before, we have telemetry that has verified the issue for us and shows us who’s impacted. It’ll just be a tad longer to get you all going again. Our sincerest apologies for the frustration, and we appreciate your patience and understanding as a number of us continue to work through the night to get the fix out to you very, very soon.

Hi all, here’s a quick update from the team regarding some of the bugs reported above:

We have confirmed that there is a bug causing territory lifestyle buffs to not apply to characters. This includes all crafting and combat buffs.

For example, players may see incorrect HP amounts due to Hale and Hearty, or incorrect gearscore crafting ranges.

We are actively investigating and will inform you when we have an update.

We’ve temporarily disabled the following activities on the seasonal Activity Card:

  • Cook or Craft 25 Items
  • Spend 250 Azoth
  • Consume 10 T5 Items

All other activities are still available to complete. We will share more info on when these three activities will return to the Activity Card at a later time. Thank you for your patience!

Hello!

We appreciate all of your continued reports, but you do not need to submit your names in order to be restored. We are able to confirm affected users at scale through telemetry, and we’ll be using this as our source of truth when we are able to deploy the fix (currently aiming for later this evening).
