A new patch is now available for notmycar Early Access! This patch includes balance changes to several weapons and fixes for some lingering issues, along with general optimization. Full patch notes below:

In the patch released on April 17th, the flipping issue was fixed. Once you wait a few seconds, your car should automatically flip back over. We appreciate you trying the game out!

If you're encountering connection error code 9403 when attempting to play notmycar, the issue is most likely your PC's clock being slightly off. As an anti-cheat measure, your PC's clock must be synced to match our servers. Even if it's off by as much as a few seconds, you may encounter this error.

How to Fix Error 9403 on Windows 10

1. Open up the "Settings" app in Windows
   
2. Search for and open the "Time & date" settings
   
3. Locate the "Set time automatically" setting near the top and untick it
   
4. Wait a few seconds and then retick "Set time automatically"

This should force a sync with the Windows time servers and set you to the correct time. If it does not, make sure your time zone is set correctly and consider changing your time server via the Windows 7 instructions below.

You can find them in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Prototype\Saved\Crashes where USERNAME is replaced by what you have on your pc.

For the DXDiag you can right click the windows button on your task bar and select run then type dxdiag. It will give you an option to save it. Include both and send it over and we will take a look at them to see if we can help.
