I tried to migrate early (population around 20), but I was only allowed to bring around 600 items, so I cancelled the migration. Later in that same fort, at pop 50, I decided to migrate, and it let me take ~2,000 items. Is there a formula to calculate how many items it will let you bring?

The exact formula is:
ENTITY_CARRY_SKILL_RATING * 5 + 6
The migration feature is just a prototype and so this formula is rather arbitrary and will likely change in the future, along with many aspects of migrating.
