I’ve been trying to help my dad unlock his account for the past two days

Little background: We’ve played together as a family (my dad, mother and me daughter) since 2006
My dad was obsessed with the game and maxed out in RS3 even with skills that came out after EOC bless the man. He also played on OSRS when it first came out. He always loved the grind.
We used to live in the UK but have since moved to Hong Kong due to his health

So... I guess this is more of a TIFU post

My dads been playing OSRS again since mobile came out but his illness started to get a little worse the past few months and hasn’t been playing it. (I don’t want to say too much about his illness but it’s one that affects his mind).
So here’s where the genius me comes in and decide to let my fiancé help him complete some things in game as a way to cheer him up as he’s loved the game since forever and it means a lot to him.

Now my fiancé lives in New York thus causing his account to be locked due to suspicious activity. No big deal, my dad can just login into his email to prove it’s his or so I thought.
He logs into his email BUT his yahoo email also suspects suspicious activity due to him not using it in a long time now it’s suddenly being used in an unrecognised location.
So his email requires him to login to his recovery emails which both has been deleted due to him not using them anymore (one of them was lineone.net that’s how old they were)
One deletes after 90 days inactivity and the other 365 days.
I started to get mad at my dad for using such old emails as the recovery ones but then remembered oh wait I caused this problem f*ck

So I’m trying to contact yahoo about this on the side too but the fact he can’t remember anything to do with his rs account, he remembers zero on his yahoo email that he literally only used for rs. Great.

Meanwhile I’ve been trying to help him with his appeal to runescape. We’ve tried twice and they were denied

I have the first payment ever saved for him with his agreement no and exact date paid in 2006 I have another payment saved in 2008 with transaction ID
I have the IP used when account was created Address, service provider

But it’s all not enough as proof
The creation password is possibly wrong as both appeals asks him for it despite him being sure that one of the passwords filled in the appeal form was correct

He’s been racking his brain out none stop for his creation password. He woke me up in middle of night last night to tell me “IT COULD BE *******... oh but I’m not sure... can we still try it?” “I don’t know I don’t know”. He’s been pacing trying to remember stuff from over 13 years ago and I can see it’s killing him and I can’t get him to stop thinking about it, it’s just a game. But I guess it’s not to him.
The worst part, he’s not even mad at me, not even a little bit. Just sad ...
So my attempt to cheer him up majorly f*cked up. I feel terrible

Now I’m wondering if any jmod is reading this, the first credit card ever used on his account either belonged to my mother or father
If we use real life photo identification that name matches the card scanned to you along with address proof. Also physical proof of when we lived in the first home that we made the account
video can also be sent if needed of him holding his own identification with name of credit card holder and address proof used on the first payment.
Would this suffice ? (Sounds so dramatic)

What I don’t understand is that he’s logged into OSRS mobile in Hong Kong completely fine even though it hasn’t been touched since the UK. He filed both of the appeals in Hong Kong.

Now I know, he should have written down his creation password if he didn’t want to lose his account or kept track of his email.
Yes he knows that too. Personal life got in the way for him, moving countries due to health a lot of stuff got lost etc

His username is “Howbadisbad” by the way ... How bad is it right now? Pretty awful fml

But in all seriousness, is there any other information or any other way he can prove it’s his account?

Tldr: I got my dads account locked and he can’t access his email because his recovery emails both deleted. Now he’s constantly trying to remember his password and I can’t get him to stop thinking about it.

OSRS Saved my dad.
Now I need to save his OSRS
