If you don't provide anywhere near enough info, you will be denied, and the only way for you to recover your account is to go through the account recovery system.

I tried on multiple occassion but when I do the recovery process it sends me an email legit 1min after saying it was denied. Is there perhaps a way to contact them directly?
the issue here, is that you'll need to go through the account recovery form to prove you're the original owner of the account - contacting Support will give you the same answer - however, you can try using this:

I then STRONGLY recommend that you look to migrate over to a Jagex Account - it's more secure, and account recovery much more straightforward than on the older RuneScape character system
