Hi,

I recently purchased a 1 year membership about a month ago but was recently permanently banned for real world trading yesterday because my friend traded me back a twisted bow I had lent him a few months back. Previously, I had gotten banned temporarily for buying gold(about 100-150 mil), and since then I have refrained from buying anything for the fear of a permanent ban on another offence.

Instead of trying to fight the ban(as I have no idea how) I am trying to get my membership money back. When i login to my account Jagex has no customer Support option to open a ticket, so I'm unsure how I can go through this as I would prefer to get refunded by Jagex instead of disputing this false ban. Please lmk if there are any other suggestions on how to approach this
