[2019] Person Threatening Self-Harm

Hi everybody, not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I encountered this person fishing. This person seemed to be telling everyone that they were going to commit suicide and specifically detailing the date and the location. I'm not sure if this can help at all, but if anyone knows this person or is from this area, please speak to them. Maybe someone will know this person and get them help. Hopefully, this post can reach at least one person that has a connection with this individual and can help change their mind.

Edit: Thank you everybody for the positive comments. This is a very controversial topic and everyone seems to have varying opinion about it. I just want you to know that if you're ever feeling like the individual below, there's always someone to talk to and someone in your life loves you more than you know. If anyone has any updates on the individual in picture below, make sure to let me know.
