[2020] 3 day mute appeal. 100% unjust mute

I just realized that i received a 3 day mute on my account that i know will 100% be squashed.

There's zero doubt in my mind that the offense will be removed, so i'm not here to try to get traction and beg for my account. The offense on my account was for 'offensive language', and its actually quite laughable when you look at the evidence. I'm pretty sure it was an automated mute...

I'm just wondering if anybody has been successful in appealing a mute, and how long it usually takes for Jagex to get around to reviewing my appeal? I'm just kind of worried that it'll take them three days to get to my appeal... i doubt they'd refund my three days of wasted membership.

EDIT: I vividly remember the scenario in which this happened...

i was at the GE talking to people, and somebody called me a three letter word that was filtered and replaced with "***". I replied to him with two messages of manually typed out asterisks, i wonder if manually typed asterisks are indistinguishable from automatically filtered offensive words to Jagex's system for reviewing reports.

Edit 2: my account was un muted within two hours of me appealing. I’m actually really impressed at how quick it was!
