[2021] PSA: If you die at Phosani's Nightmare, your items will be at Shura instead of Sister Senga. A few other issues showing up too (in comments)

Don't freak out like me if Sister Senga says she has no items, talk to Shura.

Additionally:

• Parasites can't be one hit anymore
• Phosani's Nightmare can't be fought in the same instance more than once currently.
