4s away from the Raging Echo League
6s starting on Wednesday the 27th of
8s November my name is solo Mission and I'm
10s back to give you my top tips and tricks
12s ahead of this huge release but first let
15s me get you up to speed with the basics
16s of the Raging Echo League raging Echoes
19s build on similar foundations to the
21s Trailblazer League XP and drop rates are
23s massively boosted you complete tasks to
25s unlock powerful relics that buff your
26s character and you choose three regions
28s to add to the starting areas of and kja
31s the big changes in the Raging Echo
34s league are the introduction of echo
35s bosses which are a powerful boss to
37s defeat in each region that drops a brand
39s new weapon or piece of armor another big
41s difference is the introduction of combat
43s masteries which takes combat choices out
45s of relics and moves them into an
47s exciting new combat Mastery system I
49s know it's all a lot to take in at once
51s but this league you essentially have
53s three main choices your regions your
56s relics and your combat masteries and
58s today hopefully I can help guide you
60s through some of those picks and give you
62s some extra tips and tricks along the way
64s so let's begin you're logging in fresh
67s to the Raging Echo league for the first
69s time on Wednesday and you spawn into the
70s starting region of mistlin and kuram in
72s lumbridge instantly you're met with a
75s relic Choice Power Miner Lumberjack or
77s animal Wrangler these relics essentially
80s massively buff each Gathering skill
82s mining wood cutting and fishing your
83s success rate is greatly improved in each
85s meaning that traditionally slow methods
87s such as mining Rune rocks cutting magic
89s trees or fishing sharks are all actually
91s pretty good XP now but for me it's their
93s secondary effects that make the
95s difference in this Choice Power Miner
97s smelts your ORS and Banks them
98s Lumberjack either Banks Burns or
100s fletches your logs into Arrow shafts and
102s animal Wrangler Banks your fish with a
103s chance to cook them and then speeds up
105s your Hunter with extra perks my pick
108s here is animal Wrangler because Hunter
110s is not buffed through any other Relic
112s and banking fish unlocks a 25-minute AFK
114s method with kamban I'm not a fan of
116s Lumberjack because wood cutting fire
117s making Fletching are pretty easy skills
119s on an man and then I think you could
121s make the case for Power Miner if your
123s regions like smithing options although
124s smithing is helped out in many relics
126s down the line early polling in the
128s League's Discord seems to agree with
129s this line of thinking and that brings me
131s on to my next tip join the old score

135s here because there's a ton of valuable

143s the description so you've made your
145s first Relic choice now what tasks right
148s out of the gate the best thing you can
149s do is to complete your league tasks for
151s points rushing to your first few Relic
153s un loocks is essential for fast progress
154s is a good idea to save longer grinds
156s until you have better passive modifiers
158s for example you'll probably get to Relic
160s tier 2 within an hour or so which takes
162s your XP modifier from 5x to 8X and then
165s you have another Relic choice to make
166s I'm not going to do a deep dive on every
168s Relic tier but in tier two you have an
170s agility buff in corner cutter a herbl
173s buff in Friendly forager and A thieving
175s buff in dodgy deals this Choice does
177s bring up an important tip I think one of
180s the hardest skills to train and manage
182s in a league is herblore where are your
184s herbs going to come from remember to
185s runw Wilderness desert and the starter
187s regions don't have any her patches
189s secondary ingredients can be challenging
191s too I remember the first Trailblazer
193s League I was in tlir killing zombies for
195s ranging potions not the best there are
197s great herbl options down the line with
199s pocket Kingdom and overgrown but they're
201s up against a very popular grimoire one
203s Saving Grace is that farming Cycles are
205s five times faster on the league but it's
207s up to you if you want to spend your time
209s doing Eternal Farm runs tier 2 is too
212s close to call for me all the options are
214s very well balanced and I still haven't
216s decided myself yet I'd say it probably
218s depends a bit on your regions ah yes
220s regions around this time do a few more
223s tasks and you should be unlocking your
225s first one remember you can choose three
227s different regions in Raging echo's
228s league but which one should you choose
230s first I'd say a good first region
232s unlocks resources good training methods
234s and has easy tasks for you to progress
236s based on the previous leagues I'd say
238s desert Fric wilderness candin and
240s probably vmore are pretty good first
243s areas to run win can be okay kind of
245s depends on your Relic choices and then
247s bad areas to take first asaria Za
250s morania they're just way too late game
252s focused and don't have easy points there
255s when you unlock your first region go
256s around whip up all the free and easy
258s points and you'll probably be at your
260s tier three Relic to make your tier three
263s pick I want you to take a look at the
264s teleport locations on this map and tell
266s me which looks better red yellow or
268s green oh they they all look pretty
270s similar well that's because they are
272s until you factor in the extra abilities
274s of clue Compass to teleport you to your
276s next clue step teleport you right into
278s Shiloh bank or even teleport you close
280s to this fairy ring in the Enchanted
281s Valley with the unique locations as well
283s clue Compass just gives so much value
285s teleporting to stash units I don't think
287s it will be close and I think this will
289s be the most picked relic of any tier
291s this league so don't fumble the compass
293s but anyway I'd argue bigger news at the
296s tier three Relic is you now gain an
298s additional two times combat XP
300s multiplier so at this very early point
302s in time you'll get 16 times in all your
304s combat stats and this extra multiplier
307s will help Propel you towards combat
309s masteries which are coming up very soon
311s the second passive hereit is you get
313s some incredible Slayer perks which give
315s loads of Slayer points and this is a
316s quick tip for the pros if you're under
318s 50 combat you gain access to lower level
320s Slayer tasks which you can use to boost
322s for Slayer points cows goblins manotaur
324s and zombies the dream start to Slayer
327s another Pro tip is that jagx have put
329s together a promotional package for new
331s and returning players where you can sign
332s up between November 26th and December
335s 3rd for a discounted subscription and
336s this will last for the full 57 days no
338s matter when you sign up during the
340s window this really is ideal for anyone
342s that's looking to dive into leagues for
343s a fast-paced action without a long-term
346s commitment so you've hit tier three and
348s now I'm going to suggest that you do a
350s few more tasks I know I'm a broken
352s record but this is definitely the best
353s thing to do tier four is a godsend just
356s push through some more tasks little tip
358s for doing tasks quickly and efficiently
360s I actually prefer to use the wiki so I
362s can contrl f and then just go down and
364s search for keywords you can also see the
366s regions that tasks can be completed in
369s and any extra notes that you might find
370s useful the tier four Relic choice is a
373s big one reloaded is incredibly
375s interesting it allows you to go back to
377s a previous Relic tier and select a relic
379s you passed up on the first time so if
381s anything was looking juicy and you
382s didn't pick it Now's the Time and then
385s there is Golden God and in choosing
387s golden god it essentially means you're
389s passing up on seven other relics and
393s personally I think it's worth the choice
395s Golden God is a Titan and its benefits
398s are threefold the first is Alo aling
400s that continues even through other
402s activities so instantly you're racking
404s up a passive 1 million magic XP per hour
406s the second is that you can profit
408s massively from buying alkal items in the
410s best case scenario you have access to a
412s stonemason in valmore or femic and you
414s can buy and out condensed gold for two
416s Bill profit per hour in the worst case
418s scenario you can out Dongs for 40 mil
420s cash per hour and the third aspect is
422s you can use 20K coins on a prayer
424s training altar to have the same effect
425s as a dragon barar and this means you can
427s get 99 prayer and under an hour in any
429s region the snowball from Golden God is
431s unmatched essentially you get infinite
433s money which unlocks GP tasks
435s construction methods crafting smithing
437s and Fletching supplies so for most
439s people I think Golden God is the move
441s here especially if you have limited time
443s to play okay I know I've been Shilling
445s hard for certain relics up until this
447s point but I'd say from here on out the
449s Relic tear are are pretty balanced and
451s for me T four is a significant Turning
454s Point the passive here means you unlock
456s the highest drop multiplier of five
459s times and that's a huge difference with
461s raging Echoes you now have the top drop
462s rate modifier you have bonus combat XP
465s modifiers and I think after tier four
467s with golden god going crazy it's the
469s perfect time to get into your combat
471s masteries combat masteries are an
473s entirely different system to the points
475s and tasks and Relics you love there are
477s 10 separate combat Mastery tasks for you
480s to complete and every time you do one of
482s these tasks you can unlock a combat
484s Mastery each combat Mastery is above to
486s a certain style of combat melee range or
489s Mage and the combat masteries make up a
491s skill tree with each main style as a
493s branch of this tree the further along a
495s branch you go the stronger you get in
498s that style note that for each tear you
500s also gain a passive Mastery as you
502s progress down the branches if we're
504s thinking about progression here let's go
506s back to the combat Mastery tasks as I
508s think at this point in the game it's a
509s really good idea to start working
510s towards some of these the easiest is to
512s defeat a giant you can pretty much do
514s this as soon as you spawn into the game
516s in the varak sewer then defeat 10
517s monsters above level 100 combat these
519s don't have to be unique I'd recommend
521s Red Dragons blue dragons black demons
523s all in the starter area there's also a
525s Mastery to defeat skuas by yourself
527s you're probably going to want protection
529s prayers for that killer Slayer monster
531s with a requirement of level 55 or higher
533s at 57 you can kill a mutated zygomite in
535s the starter zones achieving a combat
537s level of 100 is doable after a few few
540s hours of combat with all the modifiers
541s and the sixth Mastery I'm going to
543s highlight here is to defeat tto Jad in
545s the fight caves and I believe with all
547s the masteries and the relics under your
548s belt you've got that in the bag so
550s that's six Mastery points that I believe
553s the vast majority of people can get
555s themselves quite easily now how should
557s you spend your first six Mastery points
559s well I would strongly recommend dumping
561s all six of them into the same style this
563s way you unlock all the passives and most
565s monsters can be killed with any styl and
567s RuneScape so you may as well double down
568s and max out damage in one as for which
570s branch to go down they're all actually
572s pretty similar you get a damage increase
574s at tier one and tier two an attack rate
576s buff at tier three and tier five and a
578s healing buff at tier four they do differ
580s a bit on tier six though for now I want
581s to focus on tier five where your attack
583s rate is set to 50% and rounded down
586s above five tick and rounded up below
587s four tick this bu throws off your
589s RuneScape senses as not all weapons are
591s treated fairly here for example
593s something like a cars crossbow and Max
594s gear is easily outclassed by the slower
596s naked Rune crossbow so what combat style
598s should you go for let's have a look at
600s the tier six masteries to try and decide
602s the melee Branch introduces a concept
604s called Echoes that have an additional
605s chance to hit a Target and the more hits
607s means the more chances which is pretty
608s cool for certain weapons melee also
610s tends to have a very smooth combat
612s progression as there are just so many
614s weapons to choose from and another side
616s effect of this is that melee has by far
617s the most special attacks if you really
619s want to ramp this up I would choose the
621s specialist Relic and you're bound to
622s have a ton of fun with Mele with tier
624s six range you never miss which has crazy
627s implications for how you play RuneScape
629s range bosses in places that seemed
631s impossible wear any armor and it won't
633s even affect your damage output
635s fashioncape a big tanky setup
637s unironically good range will be your
639s best friend if you want to try and beat
640s some new content in this league however
642s it can be a little bit tough to get
644s going but here's a little tip for you
645s for the first time this league everyone
647s has access to the Bone crossbow and when
649s you hit TI three range you can Smith
651s some knives and go one ticking with them
653s which should make things easier when you
654s get to tier six magic you can execute
656s your enemies if your max hit is higher
658s than their health and you will always
660s one-hot them this is incredibly useful
662s buffing damage a lot for Slayer and pvm
664s with lots of Monsters Magic is also
666s generally the easiest style to get going
668s as you have constant progression
669s unlocking new spells one downside is a
671s lack of diversity in endgame magic
673s options but this league you do have some
675s nice Echo equipment that should close
677s the gap which ties into my next tip at
679s this point you're so strong with your
681s masteries go and have a try of the echo
683s buses the upgrades they offer are
684s game-changing and I can't imagine
686s they'll be that rare to get either in
688s leagues I'd encourage you to try content
690s early you're so powerful that generally
692s you can do things earlier than you think
693s you can the rewards of echo items or
695s incredibly fast points are wait so take
698s a look at what Echo bosses are on offer
699s and use that to inform the third Big
701s Choice you have to make your regions my
704s number one rule for choosing regions is
706s to pick them for the content you think
708s you'll enjoy not necessarily their
710s rewards there's no use in being super
711s duper optimized without the content to
713s enjoy yourself doing also this league is
716s a great opportunity to try out that raid
718s that you've never done or even properly
720s explore a new area in valmore which has
722s so much content it's now its own region
724s but if you are a sweaty Min maxer then I
727s have a few tips that you might not have
728s considered the old school Wiki has a DPS
730s calculator that you can easily use to
732s compare different builds with any gear
734s or combat masteries you want you might
736s also have your eyes set on raids which
737s do see a few huge changes everyone can
740s now get a purple chest in hard mode
742s theater of blood and tombs of masket but
744s there is a hard cap of 55% on TOA
746s purples the biggest change is the
748s introduction of the mega rare ticket if
750s you would have rolled a mega rare on the
752s drop table instead you get a ticket that
753s you can take to the sage in lumbridge to
755s choose between a scythe a TBO or a
757s shadow but beware I have witnessed many
760s League plans go up in smoke over chasing
762s a mega rare on a long dry streak and
764s because of this I have my eyes set on
766s hard mode theater of blood as the
768s fastest way to get this Mega rare ticket
771s by far so much so that this is actually
773s convinc me to lock in morania as one of
775s my regions and what else am I deciding
778s on well you're just going to have to
779s find out on Wednesday but if there's one
781s tip you take away from this video it's
783s that you have to play the Raging Echoes
785s League last League we hit an all-time
787s high for player numbers on old school
789s RuneScape and the reason is leagues is
791s just such an incredible game mode I
793s think it's the best way to experience
