u/jagexsarnie u/Jagexlight Does the passive triple accuracy and damage effect of the staff only work with the inbuilt spell? I don't want people in the wilderness with 413 magic accuracy casting barrages hitting 50. (even though I'd have tons of fun with it. it's OP)
It will only work with the built-in spell. :)
