[2019] Help needed to unlock account.

Hi. My account has been locked for 3-4 days and I can`t seem to have my appeal accepted to unlock it.

I moved to China in February 2017 (was on a OSRS Break), since then I`ve played the game in multiple different IPs. A couple weeks ago something changed on RS servers OR in China Internet settings, and the ABSOLUTELY ONLY WAY for me to get in the game is with VPN on. (same as instagram, facebook etc)

I believe for this reason my account got blocked, but now there seems to be no way to unlock it. Can you PLEASE tell me what to do to unlock it? I have absolutely all data from account... pets, kcs, bank value, quests, most of active friends list, cc`s i`ve been on... I know the information about actual payment method (paid 5 days ago.....), the credit card used before that (for 1 year), I know what least 3 previous passwords....

I was (still am) also the owner of Marcostv on RS3, which comes from my name. From a joke of friends, became marcosdvd for OSRS.

Please, give me a direction here. I just want to unlock my account, I`ve already lost 4 days of Twistead league xp (I`m sitting at 3.6-3.7k pts atm, if it helps, will be hard to get to 6k)
