Not sure which mods frequent this subreddit, but i'd like to pass on my thanks to Jagex support today as the individuals manning that section never seem to get enough love.
My giga-brain moment this week was restarting my subscription - on the wrong account.
They were able to transfer my purchased membership to the correct account, and dealt with this much faster than the 48-hour lead time that the website has as the ticket response time.
