Currently sending out PSAs on our socials. Everyone's aware and technical team is looking into it. The IT team is in a zoom call right now figuring this out. We'll share as soon as we know more!

Update - The team estimates the servers to be up in the next 20 minutes or so. In order to restore corrupted files on the RS3 side additional time is needed and then players should be able to login shortly after.

Update - we estimate this to be resolved in the next 20 minutes. We are restoring corrupted files on the RS3 side of things and once that's finished players should be able to login shortly after. I will update if this changes.
We are very sorry for the downtime. Thank you for the kind awards aswell that is really sweet of you guys. I will pass your thanks on to the technical team who do deserve the praise for all the hard work theyre doing in getting the servers back up :)
Edit - still working on getting the servers working again - they were temporarily fixed then went back down. Stand by!

Update - Most servers were back up, they went down again and we're still investigating.

Most servers should be working now, just advise to not do any risky content until we've confirmed all servers are working and good to go. =]
It still does not let me log in. Says error please try a different world.
We're looking into this - can only apologise and we'll be working overtime to get this fixed.
