[2019] Well RIP my runescape account 2100+ total and JAGEX denied my appeal 4 times

So i woke up this morning reading my emails. and this way i found out there was a chinese guy trying and succeeding to hijack my runescape account. i have literal proof of this happening but because i can't remember my creation password (i created my account when i was like 9) my appeal to get my account back got denied 4 times.

I'll just insert some proof here.

I'm just desperate at this point to get some response from jagex since their customer support is like 20 years behind the rest of most games nowadays. RIP my account :c
