38s | thread that the players have posted on |
40s | it it's roughly a thousand names give or |
45s | take on the list some of the names are |
48s | quite interesting but nonetheless yes |
52s | but nonetheless we are working through |
55s | them so just to give you more full |
57s | transparency of what we are doing with |
60s | those names as we're putting them down |
61s | on a sheet that we can then give to data |
63s | to make sure and verify that the |
66s | accounts did or did not gain the XP |
68s | that's been listed on the forum thread |
69s | and then from there we're going to then |
72s | work on a process to get the XP reverted |
76s | or in this case removed from the |
78s | accounts so we are in the process of |
80s | working on it we thank you so much for |

87s | that we can I know that mod Moz did some |
89s | overtime over the weekend to get some |

137s | suggested that are proposing things such |
141s | as the re-rolling the stackable caskets |
145s | multiple clue Scrolls so please look at |
148s | a poll blog so that we can get feedback |

153s | really important to take down feedback |
155s | and considerations and update the poll |
157s | log accordingly so that way we can get |
160s | what you guys want out of the game and |

205s | you can devote you know diversified them |
206s | especially like when on mobile we know |
208s | if they're like right-click and to see |

209s | that's the other thing I noticed how |
211s | you've gone with the the clue scrolls |
214s | are on the top right they sort of get |
216s | nicer and nicer it's not the one way to |
218s | put it from beginning tomorrow |
219s | essentially these look like at a t1 and |
221s | then the master one's quite furnished I |
223s | guess for lack of a better word so for |
225s | most of them especially the better ones |
226s | it looks like a kind of sealing wax in |
228s | fact you've got going there feeling what |
230s | you know oh yeah so like a sort of |
233s | concealed and ice stamp yeah that's the |
235s | beginning one obviously it's not planar |
236s | just a small white speck is that because |
239s | you know when it was in the bird's nest |
241s | the bird kind of suggests that your work |
248s | looks like bird poop there we go that's |
251s | canon now not just this clues for |
255s | graphical changes but a lot of the art |
257s | that you see in the paul blog was |
259s | designed by mod West and so I think such |
262s | as the bless of dehydrate the spiked |

270s | the rs3 so design for that lots of a |

401s | dead mouth had on seasonal as well like |
403s | um be able to get tier five emblems from |
406s | higher-end monsters getting an increased |
410s | rate of emblems while doing wilderness |

499s | school runescape service came back up |
501s | played for a little bit kind of dropped |
503s | off and then Ironman mode came out and |
506s | that was kind of what sparked my |
507s | interest the idea of having to go get |
509s | everything yourself work your way up |

513s | get all the armor yourself so I've been |
515s | playing that game mode for three ish |
518s | here's maybe you're just a bit longer |
520s | closing in on max so hopefully yeah very |
523s | nice I've got four skills to go so |

580s | that some of the more tedious grinds |

584s | easier I'd love to see features added to |
586s | group iron my mood that would help |
587s | distinguish it from just this is a |
589s | person you can trade with obviously I |
591s | don't know what's possible and not |
592s | possible yet without with our code base |
594s | but I think would be some cool ideas |
595s | like being able to maybe see the stats |
597s | of the people you're with in-game maybe |
599s | having like a shared house that sort of |
600s | things you know but obviously these are |
602s | ideas I can't promise to the community |
603s | or like if we're working on over a not |
605s | so I like to see what's possible and |
608s | kind of put my own input into this |
611s | going on I know that's going to make you |
613s | popular at the community if I'm at one |

746s | game so with all of that said out of the |
751s | way I'm going to move on to the |
752s | questions now the first of which is from |
754s | a player called skit and they say mod |
758s | West you showed off a possible Arceus |
760s | spell book rework about a year ago is |
762s | there any update available on this or |
764s | has the idea been scrapped the idea is |
766s | definitely scrapped but we're just sort |
768s | of trying to find a place to put it in |
770s | really do you have plans to for the |
772s | future of um the layout of our case |
774s | house so that could be a potential good |
777s | update to pair it with I don't think |
778s | it's I'm not made any direct changes to |
780s | it but there are certainly some changes |
782s | that need to be made based on the |
783s | feedback on some of those spells as some |
785s | of them are a bit overpowered and some |
787s | of them were a little bit unnecessary |
789s | and you know just discussion about which |
790s | both should be on which little bit sort |
792s | of thing sure it was a tease any sort of |
794s | the ideas for spells that have been |
796s | going around as well it's mostly just |
798s | removing |
798s | some of them okay they're a bit too too |
801s | strong perhaps it would be nice if we |
803s | could like do some sort of way of |
805s | testing and like with the players and |
806s | help them see how they would actually |
807s | act how they play out in game rather |
809s | than just assuming that might be too |

878s | problem of having just too many spells |

882s | different tiers a bit like how the |
884s | jewelry comes in separate different |
885s | tiers would be bit a little bit better |

943s | runescape 3 game really like the actual |
945s | son of Zen quest or what they want |
947s | something original it would be |
949s | appropriate if there was something |
951s | similar mmm I mean how the thing got |
955s | there why it exists at all even if it |
960s | didn't make players go through any |
962s | content like that quest from rs3 which |
964s | we wouldn't be available to recreate the |
966s | complete I think his first one wasn't |

971s | we sort of tried to keep some of the |
972s | beats between games I don't want to tell |
974s | the exact same story but as long as it |
975s | sort of has to my endings and I mean |
977s | clearly there is the similar end against |
978s | the beast is their thing I can barely |

985s | in spirit of summer the you meets the |
989s | bond family who live in that abandoned |
992s | farm you can go back and forth between |
993s | this sort of spectral realm where you |

1003s | and you don't learn to communicate with |
1007s | Thurman's and use your summoning skill |
1009s | to help keep the spirits at bay and in |
1016s | the sequel summers ends you had to do |
1019s | complicated rituals to try and drive the |
1023s | beast back into it some and deal with |
1026s | its dark core and learned about that |
1028s | mechanics the first time and eventually |
1031s | caused the thing to die at which point |
1035s | somehow it became incorporeal and was a |
1037s | nice new boss for you which the |
1040s | characters haven't been expecting but |
1042s | said yeah something then they go their |
1044s | eternal rest and you get a nice new boss |
1048s | to play with it's no corporeal because |
1052s | it was a spirit beast and then it stops |
1053s | big spiritual becomes corporeal but |
1056s | that's not a great thing because every |
1058s | blinking thing that isn't a ghost is |
1059s | basically corporeal I suppose for that |
1063s | reason we wouldn't be able to do the |
1064s | same quest regardless |
1065s | the corporeal beast already there we |
1067s | can't bring it into a quest also will |
1070s | this PvP zone and so we don't have |
1072s | somebody it definitely makes sense or |
1076s | give some explanation in gamers to why |
1079s | it exists well the easiest approach is |
1082s | to stick skeleton in the cave with a |
1085s | book you could read and it explains that |
1087s | always it did it and put this thing that |
1088s | I prefer something better yeah I maybe |
1091s | like a drop you get from the beast |
1093s | because he's small in someone's book it |
1095s | wasn't the most elaborate adaptation of |
1100s | our s3 continent when we first got it |
1102s | because um while the while alfie managed |
1106s | to recreate the models from our s3 for |
1109s | us my former colleague who did the |
1112s | mapping just took the bare minimum I |
1115s | think he could say because we got the |
1117s | beasts chamber and we got the outer |
1119s | chamber which went all the way to the |
1121s | edge of the map Square and then stopped |
1123s | abruptly where the map file ended and |
1125s | just had a straight-line cave wall with |
1128s | a gap in it for climbing out of and I |
1132s | was very glad to have a reason to remap |
1135s | that outer area um sometime later and |
1138s | while it's not the most fancy bit of |
1140s | mapping still it's at least isn't a |
1142s | humongous flat wall I like this one |
1147s | better the reason we did it oh that was |
1149s | that something the distance from where |
1151s | you came into the cave to the next |
1153s | loading screen trigger was right in the |
1157s | middle of the court fight which meant |
1159s | that you really didn't want that to be |
1161s | the place where there was a loading of |
1163s | boundary so by shrinking the outer cave |
1166s | we made the note lonely boundary not be |
1168s | there quite lead to that solution |
1171s | yeah I'm gonna move on to the next |
1173s | question which is from surd at 7:04 they |
1178s | asked if we can get a message in our |
1179s | chat box that says this clue looks |
1181s | familiar or something like that if we |
1184s | have the hidey-hole already filled ooh |
1186s | quite like that I think that's nice |
1189s | useful yeah sometimes you take your |
1191s | things and then forget to pull them back |

1194s | and that happens if I could get there |
1196s | you look in your hidey-hole there's |
1197s | nothing very well yeah yeah I'm seeing |
1200s | lots of yeses in chats it seems to be |
1202s | quite a popular one if we can get that |

1206s | on it all to be like a chat message if |

1209s | yeah so just a chat message that's |
1211s | triggered when you open a clue the well |
1214s | is associated with the hidey-hole that |
1216s | you have filled if that's feasible so it |
1220s | seems seems like a popular suggestion so |

1228s | have extras sure giving us one sang wine |

1253s | simply inferior to monsters released |

1256s | difficulty than if we could I've been |
1259s | ever changing that would be that great |
1261s | it's sort of like quite a nice thing to |
1263s | have it so reminiscent of the old drop |
1265s | tables I wouldn't mind making demon |
1268s | demonic ashes sort of a useful way more |
1270s | useful yeah that's in a way of gaining |
1271s | some problems like what prayer prayer |
1273s | experience like you would from like |
1274s | normal bones or big bones they did that |
1276s | with on urns back in runescape 3 but you |
1279s | know if that was an amazingly pop right |
1281s | here but that would solve that's like |
1283s | kind of cool it was huge |
1284s | yeah the UN's themselves weren't |
1286s | strictly required once you got the gas |
1287s | you could just scatter another I think |
1291s | it's more of a pint of these new drop |
1293s | tables are a lot stronger than the old |
1295s | ones |
1295s | and with the talk suppose maybe wanting |
1299s | to rebounce I mean your job table maybe |
1302s | buffing this one before rebounds all the |
1303s | other ones about out here yeah |
1305s | yeah that's what gives them colonel a |
1307s | task so that sort of extra bit of like |
1309s | if they're like encouragement to do it |
1312s | because you can do this or lesser |
1314s | interesting tasks but still have the |
1315s | opportunity to get those nice nice drops |
1317s | every now and then and then would really |
1318s | be quite impactful if the rest of the |
1320s | table was already really good for sure |
1322s | that makes sense and you can always kill |
1325s | the boss version that you really want |
1327s | Hinkel demonic gorillas are you can go |
1329s | kill krill thoughts a rough Sammy |
1332s | unless you've got lesser demons in that |
1334s | case I don't know the fact that the |
1336s | things are like big sacks of hit points |
1339s | which equates exacts of XP not too much |
1342s | effort when they were very relaxing |
1344s | tasks I found yeah I'll move on to our |
1349s | next question from dropping fruits they |
1354s | asked if we can explain the law behind |
1356s | having a sawmill in prifddinas it |
1358s | doesn't seem to make much sense |
1359s | considering that the elves don't seem to |
1361s | use planks but rather build things from |
1362s | living wood didn't want to take on this |
1365s | question I have a note from Edie if not |
1367s | they were I've not really been too |
1370s | involved with the actual environment of |
1372s | the area but there's definitely wood in |
1374s | there it's not just crystal yeah the |
1376s | elves have tables yeah things a bank |
1382s | with and chose see what it's about |
1388s | well my dad said very similar he said |
1391s | plenty of buildings impressed honest are |
1392s | partially made from wood so it makes |
1393s | sense that they would have a sawmill to |
1395s | produce the planks needed actually have |
1398s | a follow-up question from Mont B they |
1402s | say in the blog it mentions wanting to |
1404s | move the crystal in oh this is not |
1406s | necessarily ready to but it's there |
1408s | anyway in the blog it mentions wanting |
1411s | to move the crystal equipment imbues |
1413s | inside prifddinas could this be changed |
1415s | to an area that does not require the new |
1416s | quest to access the crystal beau has |
1419s | always been useful for Pure's as it can |
1420s | shoot max range without being on long |
1422s | range I think you saw this question on |
1424s | Twitter ash but soar with I saw you said |
1427s | that you'll get address on the screen |
1428s | whoa yes thought I'd let you do so so my |
1432s | opinion is still that we should move in |

1441s | sort of a no-brainer as far as I'm |
1442s | concerned um the reason this question is |
1446s | particularly pertinent because of Pure's |
1448s | and part of an ongoing discussion we're |
1450s | currently the fairytale part two |
1454s | requirement on some of the elves would |
1455s | mean Pure's aren't able to complete the |
1456s | quest and therefore access this sort of |
1459s | post request content |
1461s | we are currently having a discussion |
1462s | between sort of mod erred and everyone |
1466s | else who's involved as to whether or not |
1468s | we should change that requirement and |
1469s | Lao pores to do the quest what you |
1471s | phrase it sounds almost like everyone's |
1473s | on one side he's on the other yeah it's |
1480s | an ongoing discussion it's all phrased |
1482s | the larger question in terms of how |

3464s | days like seriously that's not a skill |
3468s | balancing but since the time had gotten |
3472s | a bit more regular we can do more with |
3476s | brewing if we make the stuff guarantee |
3477s | mature for example then it might be a |
3480s | bit more worth having of course not all |
3483s | the mature ones are worth having are at |
3484s | all but there is at least scope to do |
3487s | more with it I do remember a player |
3488s | design a few months no maybe a few years |
3490s | back now they sort of addressed sort |
3493s | buffs of brewing which would be quite |
3495s | potentially thing to revisit the idea |
3497s | for a player in-house brewery room was |
3500s | quite well-received at the time but |
3502s | though it really felt like it was just |
3505s | streamlining the process of going to the |
3506s | existing breweries because they are in |
3508s | awkward places and all the things you |
3510s | have to do like I'm getting the pot of |
3512s | yeast by being the right thing to use on |
3513s | metal aureus or the dwarf bit of a faff |
3519s | you know and also walking back forth to |
3522s | a water source wasn't very well |
3524s | streamlined sure I personally would like |
3528s | to see something done with I've seen |
3529s | myself called design for brewing as a |
3532s | rework I think one of the more difficult |
3534s | things is coming up with good uses for |
3536s | the different ales that you can make so |
3539s | fitting in between things that potions |
3540s | already do maybe we're sort of talking |
3542s | like alternate effects rather than stat |
3544s | boosts but there's definitely scope for |
3546s | that I think um back in the rs3 there |
3551s | was that mud pit where you could jump in |
3553s | it and guess all of Bandos god the |
3555s | effects on you for next however many |
3558s | minutes which was like a bandbox item in |
3561s | god wars there's always a possibility of |
3564s | ales of the Gods doing something I |
3566s | thought not the Ale of the Gods some of |
3568s | them |
3568s | of the gods nice so that brings us just |
