The response I'm getting every time I try to redeem a bond.

So, I've tried redeeming a bond on my account every few hours a day for 8 days now. I've contacted JagexSupport on Twitter 3 times with very unhelpful replies pointing me towards the support page on their website that mentions nothing about this.

I've tried using the bond on the official client, on my ipad, on my iphone and on my spare computer. I used the bond on my iron to give him a try. He's also unable to use the bond. I had a few days of membership on my main, so I thought maybe that was the issue. My iron, however has no membership and I'm still hitting the same issue.

I tried redeeming two bonds at the same time, again same issue.

I'm honestly running out of ideas, here. JagexSupport on Twitter are so unhelpful that it hurts me physically to tweet at them anymore.

Has anyone had this issue before and how (if at all) was it resolved?

Note that I 100% could just buy membership with money but it would be the first time spending actual cash on this game in well over a year. So I'd like to avoid it if possible.
