[2020] My Phoenix pet is gone.

I had 3 pets: Vorki, Venenatis Spiderling and Phoenix. All of them were insured. Today I've noticed that my Phoenix is missing from the bank so I decided to reclaim it in Ardougne, but I found an unpleasant surprise there. Only Venenatis Spiderling is insured now, so I have no way of reclaiming my Phoenix.

Can I have it back?For those asking if I ever insured any of the pets - Yes I did. I insured all 3 of them right after I got them as a drop.
