External link →Has Jagex considered reallowing appeals after years have passed? I have an account that was permamuted 9 years ago, and I really want to start playing again, but I just don't want to bring a whole new account up from scratch.
I know a permamute is meant to be permanent, but I really feel like there should be an ability to at least appeal more than once. The system as it is seems really unfair and the response from Jagex dismissive/uncaring.
we do review historical bans periodically. However, pretty much all perm mutes are for extremely serious reasons, and are unlikely to be removed
