[2019] JMods Please Look - This guy is running a scam nightly, no actions taken, evidence included

This player "Chatroom" is using the Twitch account "DropThatGold" to scam players every single night and for over a week nothing has been done on either Twitch or Jagex's side despite hundreds of reports. Let's clean up the Twitch section for OSRS as it is a reflection of our game. Also, let's go ahead and get a permanent ban on the player's account for not only scamming but I'm sure the gold he is scamming is also being RWT'd. Thanks for taking a look guys, I've included a video of the end of his stream, he scams throughout.

I'll quickly break down how the scam works (yes I realize anyone falling for this is not that intelligent and blah blah blah if you're dumb you deserve it etc all the standard replies). He turns on his stream, pretends to do some form of content, switches over to "Giving ____ away for top donation" so he has a list of items as seen in the video, and if you donate the most gold you win that prize, extremely obvious scam and only a moron would fall for it, yes I realize that. But I have watched this guy scam over 500M the past week, so there are a lot of morons. Just want JaGeX to look into his account. After he thinks he has milked all the money he can out of the morons, he turns his stream off, and rinses and repeats the next day, numerous twitch and ingame reports have been sent out about this guy, but no one does anything. Hoping this will shed some light on it, if someone could tweet the video at JagexWeath that would be awesome, I don't use Twitter.
