Yesterday my membership expired and I paid for another month using Apple subscriptions. The payment went through and everything seemed to work fine at first, but then my account displayed only 1 remaining day of membership upon login instead of 31. I received [this](https://imgur.com/a/xPlhGOu) message from Jagex saying there was a chargeback on my account and my account is frozen.
The weird part is that my account is not frozen, and I can log in to free worlds. None of my items are missing and I have been playing for the past day so I'm sure that I wasn't hacked.
When I try adding membership I get [this](https://imgur.com/a/Vsx21mC) message.
So in short, now I've paid for membership that I'm not receiving, can't upgrade, and Jagex thinks my account is frozen but it is not. Any advice?
