So I somehow ended up purchasing 12 months of membership instead of Premier Club, I did this on Nov. 16th. I send in a ticket asking if it was possible to either have them exchanged and refunded the difference or if they could refund the whole thing so I could purchase the right thing.

The following Sunday (Nov 21st) I figured it wasn't worth the hassle and since I still hadn't heard from support I went and cancelled my ticket.

Today 10 days after my original ticket, 5 days after I had closed it, they've gone ahead and refunded me, which has locked me out of my account due to "Outstanding Balance". What the f*ck.

Hey no excuses we messed up a bit here, the refund was processed but was treated like you had already used the membership time, when clearly you haven't. I can see you have been back in touch but I've closed that ticket and you won't get a response as I've fixed it for you.

I've removed the negative credit charge so you are free to log in, and if you still want to go ahead and purchase PC you can.

I've also put 3 days of membership on your account free of charge, so you can continue members for a few days without worrying that you need to go add PC immediately.

Apologies again, this was a genuine human error issue, and it would have been sorted when we got to your follow up ticket.
