Hi reddit

I cannot login to my OSRS and i'm getting quite desperate. I'm getting "error connecting to server" and when I try to log onto the official homepage I get an error message "BAD GATEWAY". My IP seems to be banned.

I'm suspecting a hacking of my account. Who can I contact/tweet to lock my account?

I will appreciate any advice. Thank you very much in advance.

Hey there. We're having some servers issues at the moment causing players to not be able to log in, so I suspect it's that. We're currently working on a fix and we'll update you when we know more.

Update 2- I think a fix is identified and we're running some checks on it. No ETA but once they tell me it's working I'll let you guys know

Edit - After running checks on the fix, there still looks to be an issue, so we're back to investigating and getting a fix sorted. sorry for the inconvenience caused

Update 3 - So it seems like most regions are coming back up but there's still some areas which are having issues, we're still looking at them and I'll update when it's fully fixed. Thank you for your patience
