I saw someone request this on Twitter, but their suggestion was not fleshed out at all, so I figured I could improve it since I'm actually competent :) So behold, and read why we should add the cheeseburger to the game

What would it do? The Cheeseburger would act like the Kebabs and have three sperate healing effects:
1. Heal 0 HP (40% chance). This would be its 'neutral' effect.
2. Heal 5-25 HP, in decrements of 2.4% per HP point healed (i.e. 5 HP would have 50% chance of being replenished, 6 HP would have 47.6% chance of being replenished, 7HP would have 45.2% chance, etc. until 25, which would have a 2% chance)
3. The Double-Edged-sword effect: the Cheeseburger would unleash a toxic fart that would one-hit K.O. any monster that isn't a boss, quest boss, demi boss, or requires a special item to kill. *However*, it would damage 20 HP (or 15HP if 20 seems too high to you all) in return. This would have a 15% chance of activating.

How to get it? There would be three ways to get the Cheeseburger (players would *not* be able to trade them among one another to avoid a cheeseburger surplus/blackmarket, and they would convert to 5gp each upon death to avoid bots/gold farmers from misusing them)

  1. Cheeseburgers would be handed out by the Drunken Dwarf Random Event, along with his beer and kebab (1 per person).
  2. Cheeseburgers would be tradeable on the GE, with a buy limit of 30 per 24 hours (or 12 hours if you all prefer that)
  3. Cheeseburgers would be able to be made by the Cooking Skill. All you would need is 90 Cooking to combine 5 Kebabs together into one Cheeseburger (20 could be made every 24 hours to avoid players farming out Cheeseburgers).

Thoughts? I can accept being told I'm an idiot, toxic, a noob, etc. but I would prefer constructive criticism. At any rate, constructive criticism will receive kind, mature responses, only toxic critique will receive snark back. Happy Update Day :)
