Hey everyone,

Completed an account recovery request on Saturday night (about midnight English local time), but haven’t heard anything back in my email yet. Usually I hear something back within 24 hours; my e-mail also isn’t filtering out messages I’ve tried multiple times in the past to recover with this e-mail. Should I just keep waiting?

Hey!

There isn't anything on our end that means there's a delay in responses, but there may be something else that is causing an issue.

I understand that getting requests denied is frustrating, but it's an important part of our security process to prevent hijackers from accessing an account in this way.

I can see you've been trying to recover this particular account for awhile now, could you let me know the RSN so I can look into this for you?

The whole reason this started is because I lost access to my email in the Google account purges due to inactivity. In my most recent appeals, I copy and pasted exact times and transaction IDs of various payments I made for membership. I also logged in from various states when I played, but couldn’t list them all due to the character limit (moving for uni, grad school, visiting friends in other states). Had a bunch of credit card info, Amazon digital order numbers, iOS purchases, Paypal info and it still didn’t work :(
