Account recovery system

For anyone that had to endure the torment that is Jagex Support and in this case the account recovery system, how many denied appeals did you have to go through till you had access to your account again? I'm trying to get a rough estimate how much time this is will take till I get my 1200 total level ironman back.

Im on 15 denied appeals now, all of them manually reviewed because the info I put in is just correct but they deny it anyway.
