@gamerbusyb @Aaron260997 This bug can occur when using Hunt the Prey while aiming down sights. It's on our list to be resolved in a future patch.
@ogspartan13 Please contact our support team () who will be able to help you with this. In all other previous cases so far the item was not noticed by the player, but our support team will be able to point out where is it (character + slot) or ensure you are granted it.

@Outriders @PCFPeopleCanFly Didn’t realize you had to hover over items again to clear them. So that has worked. Playing on PS5. Don’t understand why if you’re the group leader the game kicks all party members when you queue for an expedition?
@scott_saurette @PCFPeopleCanFly From what we're seeing, players have confirmed that the new gear icon issue has been resolved for them. Please ensure you've downloaded today's update, but also do let us know what platform you're on so that we can monitor this.
@Will_I_Am711 Players who had this issue today have reported that resetting their Xbox and clearing their cache has helped today in particular. Once that's done, this issue should be resolved.
We are additionally continuing to monitor and will deploy further fixes from our end if required.
