Yeah, unfortunately it still tries to break free, at least at level 10. The wording was removed though, which is interesting.

I cannot progress the demon mythic path quest on xbox. My game crashes whenever it tries to summon me to the ineluctable prison.

I'm really curious about this "uber deathsnatcher secret boss" trend.
Is there a peculiar reason behind that or merely stylistic choice?
By now I'm starting to think that during the TTRPG sessions done while developing the CRPG, a GM putted a Deathsnatcher enemy, and that fight turned out the hardest encounter in the whole Adventure Path.
The Darkness bosses? They are all a pet project of one of the game designers. An easter egg, if you like.
Can we kick his ass as the Knight Commander at some point in the game?
You can kick an ass of someone much stronger as your Commander in chapter 5 :)
