Hello, crusaders!

An update 2.2.0av is here!

Highlights:
  • When importing saves and characters from "Through the Ashes" DLC to "The Lord of Nothing" DLC, in a rare case one of the characters could disappear from the party permanently — fixed. If you have already encountered this bug, you will have to go back to the save at the previous location before this bug;
  • You couldn't speak with the Pillars of the Skulls in the Ziggurat— fixed;
  • After the last update, Archmage Armor sometimes didn't work — fixed.
If you are playing with mods, don’t forget to update them before loading your saves!

Beware of possible plot spoilers below!

Areas
  • If a player managed to sneak past the giants unnoticed in "The Lord of Nothing" DLC, the alternate descent will now be hidden so as not to be misleading;
  • In "The Lord of Nothing" DLC, the a...

Hello, Pathfinders!
Today we want to tell you about the new archetypes in The Lord of Nothing DLC. There is a great deal of information, so we’ve divided this article into two parts. The second part will be out soon, but in the meantime, sit back and enjoy the details, because we’ve added 15 new archetypes in The Lord of Nothing DLC!
The team carefully selected and thought over the archetypes to fit the DLC’s atmosphere: cold and gloomy. We’ve changed some slightly compared to the Pathfinder tabletop version, others have undergone global changes, and some we've developed ourselves. We hope you’ll like them and that every player will find an archetype that suits their style and gameplay.
Please note that the localization of The Lord of Nothing DLC is not yet finished, and some archetype names and abilities may change in the final version.

Shall we start?

Hello, Pathfinders!
Over the two years since Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous was released, we have identified the least popular class and the one that you, our favorite players, have been asking us to improve. We have listened and are delighted to announce that the Assassin class has been redesigned and upgraded in update 2.2, which will be available on November 21 with The Lord of Nothing DLC! We understand that the main problem with the old Assassin was using poisons in a world where most enemies are immune to poisons. So, we've added new mythic feats that allow you to ignore this immunity. We'll cover the new mythic feats in a separate article, but for now, let's focus on the changes to the Assassin:

Instead of Death Attack, we added a new ability called Mark of Death. This is a standard action that requires you to make a knowledge check appropriate to the creature type. If the check is successful, you point to a target with a mark. As long as the creature is marked,... Read more

Our Discord moderators asked the devs about their favorite characters in Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous and Kingmaker. There is the answer:

- Who is your favorite character you have written?

- Hm, never thought about that. It's tough, like picking a favorite child, but let's see. I enjoyed writing Camellia as an absolute evil being, constantly checking the limits of player's tolerance, and still having a soul deep down for those eager to look. I enjoyed writing Nenio for the amount of silliness I had to create and a bit of a character development at the end. I laughed irl while writing her, this was the first time for me. I enjoyed the Storyteller. In KM our Creative Director approached me with a request for a simple NPC who'd support the 'collectables' feature the design team were implementing. And I came up with an idea of a blind old man who relives the most memorable moments of a person by touching objects belonging to them. Then we decided that we'd ne... Read more
