[2020] Can somebody explain what harvesting weirdness is going on in this video?

At 1:10 he goes near a field of many purple flowers. He quickly hovers over one which says "reveals a random physical modifier craft on harvest" (slow speed to 0.25 to see the hover text). He kills the monster. At 1:40, he clicks the harvester to access the crafts, but there is only 1 craft there, whith 3 charges, and its "reroll an item, includes caster mod".

1. Why is there only 1 craft with 3 charges, he harvested way more than 3 flowers
2. Where is the random phys craft option?
