To clarify, you get a choice between the Path of Exile Logo T-shirts/Hoodies and the Exalted Orb Tshirt/Hoodie (which are new).
Are the T-Shirt and Hoodies with the Path of Exile Logo the same as the Empyrean Pack ones?
Yes, these are the same but there are new Exalted Orb T-shirts and Hoodies to pick from if you prefer.
As much as I appreciate the work that went into these, and they look very different....
.. they are just not my style. Now I regret not going for the Judicator pack in the previous year. Less shiny, more my style.

u/Community_Team do you plan to do in near future sales for skill effects?
We can't confirm sales ahead of time but it's common for skill effects to be featured in the daily deals and we often do a big skill effect sale relatively early on after an expansion launch.
Careful with physical items guys, i got eyrie pack in september and i've yet to recieve the cloth map. Maybe because corona? Idk.
Sorry about the delay here. Due to the international situation it does appear in some cases these aren't getting to people as quickly as we'd like. We're working on making this happen as quickly as possible.

Pure points pack that were purchased since Dec 11, 2020 10:00 AM (NZT) can be use in an upgrade towards the new Core Supporter Packs.
Is there an easy way to be notified of such? Just got the packs and a ton of stuff from black Friday, but sadly didn't get many or any skill effects and aura effects
If you add the desired skill to your Watchlist via the shop on the website, you'll be notified when it goes on sale.
Bex. I'm not sure how feasible this is. But can I suggest that you guys might get more sales on these packs if each armor set came in tiers of 60/100/160/240? Instead of locking certain armor behind certain prices? That way people could pick the armor they want AND the tier they want without having to choose armor based on price.

If I remember you guys mentioned that a merch shop was in the works during ExileCon. Is that still something you guys are working on?
We don't have any updates to provide about this just yet but we are looking at potential ways to distribute the remaining merch we have from ExileCon.
Can console players get a t shirt or only points
Unfortunately, we aren't able to put physical merch into our console supporter packs but we've priced the packs slightly differently to reflect this.
I ordered mine about a month or so ago, but I'm yet to receive a confirmational email about it being processed.
Just wanted to mention it in case something broke and you weren't aware. I don't mind waiting too much; The physical item were mostly a nice bonus - I can wait

I was wondering, before poe2, is it possible to have a sale on all previous core support packs? I joined the game recently and missed a few mtx that I am interested in.
Each supporter pack was marked as exclusive to a specific time period and we know that a number of our supporters really value that exclusivity. This means that we wouldn't be able to bring any past supporter packs back.
When are we getting the Twilight set in the shop? That's what I'm looking forwards to, I think they said it'll be available in the next league, but since these are out already, then maybe it'll be soon? Or...?

Yes, early in the new year but we don't have a release date to share for these just yet.

if i buy 1 ritual supporter pack does the discount applies to other supporter pack or only the ritual
You can only upgrade between supporter packs from the same type. If you have pure points purchases, you can use them to upgrade to any supporter pack type as long as they were purchased within the correct time frame. The supporter packs that are eligible for upgrade from the points you have should display this in their upgrade prices on the website.
So any news about this? or we can spend the money elsewhere..
We have no current updates. We aren't able to change the existing supporter packs as it would be unfair to those who have already purchased them but we will keep this feedback in mind when planning future supporter packs.
