Someone is selling two-tone boots with "Allocates Heartseeker", and I cannot for the life of me figure out how he's done it. A fix for this issue was included in the patch quite close to its deployments which means it was unfortunately missed in the patch notes. In order to fix the items affected by this, we'll be removing anointments from items that shouldn't have them.
