@bitscupht @luhsbezerra @MassivvC @pathofexile If there was a Miss Congeniality prize that awarded flights to NZ I would award it to Luan
@Massawyrm hnnngg thank you so much. I had a quick look and I think these are right up my alley.
@TaniaUncensored I loved Deep Blue Sea so much! THE MEG IS THE BEST THOUGH
@Massawyrm NO? THANKYOU?! I WILL TRACK THESE DOWN. I appreciate a recommendation from the man himself

@luhsbezerra @pathofexile can everyone stop counting down im having a panic attack
@rim_aj Oh Rim! I'm so sorry. I saw a good gig going in Montreal the other day. I don't know if it's what you're interested in but it looks like some good people there.
@hellomisspotter Actually word on the street is that the only thing that helps is having a cute lil doggo to give pets to
@Natendragon Not me personally
@TaniaUncensored I started with yoga but wanted something a little more gentle and so I tried it out a few times and it didn't quite click. It wasn't until finding specifically qigong where everything clicked into place! Started here:
@WillywonkaHC I started here
This guy has a full paid version with tonnes of tutorials that are really good. But this particular routine I did for like two weeks straight because I got a lot out of it.
@ElectronEnjoyer I guess I started with doing like 5-10 mins of yoga every day like a year ago and then started doing it for longer/more often. Then I ended up finding qigong which was super helpful for management chronic pain. I don't really know, it was a response to frustration I guess!
@CohhCarnage -Wake up -Make/eat breakfast -Head to my office -10 mins sit and breathe and assess body feelings -20 mins of tai chi/qi gong (following online course) and process whatever came of the 10 mins - 20 mins of elliptical while watching a dumb movie
Sort of a tune in-tune out vibe
@MrMinoan Asleep by 10 unless my kid is doing shenanigans but usually by 11 at the absolute latest.
@Xebtria My motivation is mitigating chronic pain, you don't want it lol
For context, for most of my life I've been a terrible morning person with insurmountable insomnia, so this is quite the turn around from a year or more ago. I'm actually really proud lol
Every day for the last few months, I've woken up at 6am to meditate and do tai chi. Annoyingly, everything people say about such things is true. It's been amazing. So amazing that I think I might start waking up at 5.30 so I can do it for longer. Wild.
