[2020] Change the Ghosts Hunting State to make it more scary

Change the Ghost hunting mode to: 1. Lights will all flash like it does now. 2. The EMF will max out like it does now. 3. The ghost will spawn more footsteps and you can hear them all. 4. The Ghost will flash appear to the players briefly. 5. If the Ghost touches you, you will die instantly like it does now. 6. Add Ghost scream animation, player holding head animation and player dead animation that stays (spawn new model for this). 7. Walkie talkie will muffle all words
