Mine is that I genuinely don't care if they add player customization or not. Different ghost models are infinitely cooler to me, as I don't play phas to play a dress up game, I just want to hunt ghosts. The appearance of my character model has no impact on the gameplay experience.

The lack of content kills the game, simple additions take months, even years to be implemented. The small dev team is no excuse as they have the money to expand but it seems they just don't want to... I really loved the game for the 1st month but after some hours in and little to no content it gets repetitive as hell

Hey! We've been growing a lot over the past 12 months and we are now at 25 people (not all devs). You can see the quality increase with Bleasdale but this year we will be able to get a lot more done and to a higher quality.

Perhaps you'd be willing to divulge the thought process behind prioritizing certain changes like character customization over horror 2.0?

As the original comment said, I'm not here to play dress to impress, I'm here for some spooks and to get some interesting interactions with the ghost. The ghost isn't going to stop mid-hunt and say "nice shoes".

I feel like horror 2.0 would add so much more depth to the game. While we don't know what 2.0 actually means or would change, there are theories and suggestion that can add a lot to Phasmophobia that other games are doing better as of this moment.

Your response, if you do respond, is appreciated

We have a much bigger team now which allows us to work on multiple updates at once, which is what will happen with those updates. The character update will add to horror 2.0 as we are adding a new animation system for increased immersion which is why it needs to release first.
