[2023] Quest 3 issue

I've recently bought a Quest 3 as an upgrade from my Right S but whenever I press the oculus menu button it just freezes everything, I have to force close the game in order to stop it. This only happens with phasmo. I've tried with airlink and cable link but nothing seems to help. It worked perfectly fine in the Rift S. I'd put it down to teething issues with the quest 3 but the fact it's only happening in phasmo leads me to believe it may be a phasmo issue. Has anyone else had any issues with the quest 3?
