So with this patch sanity pills will become a consumable that you’ll have to rebuy after using. This actually makes a lot of sense logically and as they’re one of the most powerful items in the game. The issue is that the game’s economy is already frustrating to deal with. The amount you lose from a loss feels way too lopsided to what you gain, 1 failure shouldn’t negate the 2-3 perfect games you did just before it, and Phasmo just isn’t a fun game when you run out of money. Playing without equipment is boring since you can’t do most objectives or really interact with the ghost As the game adds more elements to make it more difficult (which is good) it just results in frustration with the economy of the game because we aren’t getting more money, just higher chances of dying. We were told the games economy would get reworked eventually a year ago, and it’s fine waiting, but adding a money sink in the meantime just feels bad

Hey, this will be reverted with the next patch later tonight. They will instead be made a consumable when we do the progression update.
