[2022] New Tempest Update makes CPU usage 100% and computer very loud

CPU usage was significantly improved in the Tempest update. What CPU do you have and what graphics options? Options like MSAA, high shadow resolution and sky light will have a big impact on your CPU so lower those if you use them.
