[2021] Please rate limit the key for using an item (to prevent seizures)

I don't know if people bind their "use" command to their scroll wheels or if they use "auto clickers". Regardless, whenever a random joins our lobby, I'm always a bit worried they're gonna flash their torches very rapidly, because it makes me feel dizzy. Unfortunately, this happens quite often. I don't feel dizzy when the lights are flashing during normal hunts, because that's like, what, 3 Hz? But when people switch their torches on/off super fast, it looks like they go up to like 20-30 Hz. After the lobby, I don't see any reason why this would be useful for anything but causing seizures in people and should be fairly easily fixed with rate limiting to max 2-3 Hz. If I should suggest this directly to the devs, could someone please enlighten me where to contact them?
