I am sorry you had a bad experience on the server with one of our moderators. Needless to say, your behaviour both on Steam and Discord have both breached in many ways our server rules, Steam TOS and Discord TOS.
- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

- Respect the Phasmophobia-Team
- Moderators reserve the right to warn/mute/kick/ban accordingly.
- Admins reserve the right to punish individuals who break the rules as they see fit.
- Staff may steer conversations away from certain topics, respect this.
- No arguing about mod decisions (lawyering).
- Malicious behaviour will be a ban, in DMs or on the server.

- Do not organize, participate in, or encourage harassment of others. Disagreements happen and are normal, but continuous, repetitive, or severe negative comments may cross the line into harassment and are not okay.
- Do not evade user blocks or server bans. Do not send unwanted, repeated friend requests or messages, especially after they’ve made it clear they don’t want to talk to you anymore. Do not try to hide your identity in an attempt to contact someone who has blocked you, or otherwise circumvent the tools we have which enable users to protect themselves.

The point here is that your attitude against another user, mod or not is not tolerable. It is okay to feel shocked or misunderstood when something like this happens but the way you reacted to this isn't. The Phasmophobia Discord Server is 13+ and, yes, cannabis may be legal in some countries but not everywhere. If talking about it in the server was causing problems why not listen to the moderator and move on? Every server has its own rules and people need to respect them in order to keep it clean and enjoyable for every user. If a topic is making people uncomfortable or is against a server rules, the staff has to take action. Making new Steam topics, harassing and negatively talking about another person, creating multiple accounts to come back on the server and keep saying negative things are all against the rules. If you would have appealed or talked to a staff member instead of doing all of this I do believe we could have helped you. Sadly this has gone way too far and the only thing I can do is try to show you exactly what you did wrong and why this is happening. Anywho, if you want to keep this conversation going please DM Yomiiz#6182 on Discord and stop the threads as I am forced to close them. There is too much negativity going on. If there is anything I can do to help or you want to explain the situation feel free to add me.
