Hey, you need to go into your SteamVR bindings and reset them. Reinstalling the game should also fix it. We are looking into why this is happening.

Set your Oculus OpenXR runtime to Oculus. You can do this in the Oculus software.

I would really like your input on this with the issue of the hands, based on your 2 answers here:

1) I have reset the controllers bindings in SteamVR, to set them as default and nothing.
2) I have changed the OpenXR to Oculus (it was on SteamVR), and now on the game it opens in a window and is like in a PC, not VR. When i go into option appears PC Settings as i am opening it from a PC that is why it looks like a window. If i switch the OpenXR to SteamVR it will open in VR mode but the hands i cannot move them.

Hey, is it still launching SteamVR?

Try this:

1. Press your windows key and type: regedit and press enter

2. Navigate to: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Khronos\OpenXR\1\AvailableRuntimes

3. Change the runtime to: C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime\oculus_openxr_64.json (use 64 for 64 bit systems, 32 for 32 bit systems.)

A question i have to you, is that im through the ShadowPC app in the Oculus, do you think it makes a difference if i do it via Virtual Desktop from the Oculus Store?

I don't know anything about ShadowPC but a lot of people use Virtual Deskstop and it works fine.
