If a person is rude on the street you don't go to him and stick duck tape on his lips because that's the way I felt. You just don't go deleting comments because you take things personally. Freedom of speech is very serious thing to have.
Disrespectful posts are deleted regardless of who they're targeted at. Your comment was neither respectful nor constructive, so it was deleted.

For complaints about actions taken by moderators, you can leave a comment on the page for a particular warning/ban (or contact the mod team/admins on Discord, if you have a complaint about something that happened there).

Additionally, I think it's worth mentioning that freedom of speech only protects Americans from government censorship. If you break one of Steam's rules for discussions, moderators have every right to take action on it.
